Since two decades, Akar springs is engaged in designing and manufacturing various helical springs and wireforms. Our most common products are :

We also manufacture special customized springs as per demand.
Springs manufactured by us are basically cold coiled, hardened and tempered .We strongly recommend surface protection treatment to ensure a longer life of springs. This treatment includes-

• Powder coating.
• Electroplating.
• Painting.

Springs are basically made from high carbon SPRING STEEL wire. Thus they generally suffer from corrosion attack. Corrosion completely destroys the material resulting into breakage. To prevent this , a thin layer of paint , powder coating , or other heavy metal is applied on it. Due to this the inner layer is protected from moisture or other corrosion causing agent.
